Data collected

Contact form: name, company, email, WhatsApp number (optional), project type, indicative budget and timeline, project description.

Trading form: name, email, platform, market, tool type and description of the logic.

Waitlist: email address and chosen product.

With each submission: the page of origin, campaign parameters (UTM) and language. To limit spam, a non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address is kept for one hour.

Purposes and legal basis

Answering your request and contacting you, preparing a proposal, notifying you when a product launches. This processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox or by signing up.

Retention period

Requests and sign-ups are kept for 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted.

Recipients and processors

Your data is neither sold nor shared for commercial purposes. It is processed by NUMEX and its technical providers: website hosting (Netlify, Inc.), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend), anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and cookie-free audience measurement (Plausible). Some of these providers may process data outside Cameroon.

Cookies

The website uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Audience measurement (Plausible) sets no cookie and collects no personal data. A technical cookie is used only to access the internal back office.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing by contacting NUMEX via contact@numexsarl.tech. You will receive an answer within one month.

These rights apply under Cameroonian law n° 2024-017 on the protection of personal data and, for people located in the European Union, under the GDPR.
